White crab with a Spinach Salad

Recipe:

• White crab meat
• 1/2 red chilli
• Lime (1/2 juice) and zest
• Salt and pepper
• Spinach

Method:

• Lay the spinach out on your plate
• Mix the rest in a bowl
• Lay over the spinach
• When eating I made parcels with the spinach leaves
