Salmon with Leeks, Peas and Courgette Ribbons
Ingredients:
- Salmon fillet
- Leek chopped
- Peas
- Courgette sliced into ribbons
- Lemon slice
- Butter
Method:
- Cook salmon in tinfoil parcel with a little butter
- Melt butter in frying pan
- Add leeks allow to soften
- Add courgette ribbons
- Pour boiling water over your peas leave for 3 minutes
- Serve with a slice of lemon!
