Today's Food
Breakfast:
Bacon and mushroom omelet
Snack:
2 slices of pineapple
Lunch:
Cod (I ran out of salad need to adjust my weekly shop so had it on its own lol)
Dinner:
Chicken with stir fry vegetables with a Jamaican Jerk seasoning
